Week 1 will be August 15-21 while Week 2 will be August 23-28
Week 1 is the normal 7 day camp while Week 2 will be a 6 day camp.
Please note that due to Covid 19 concerns we are required to limit cabin occupancy to nine (9) runners, thus reducing camp size from 258 to 189. The first week always fills fast, and with a limit in place it will likely fill faster than normal, so if you want to attend our first week please apply quickly.

Foss continues to differentiate itself from most all other camps with it’s first week being a full seven (7) days. And now that all states start practices by the beginning of our second week, we now are making some significant changes. To begin with the price is much lower than any other camp, and it will be a six (6) day camp just like the others. And, the coach is invited to attend the full week with his/her team, at no cost, with 5 or more team members attending. We hope this will help teams to have a pre-season camp experience, just like college teams do, and also still be with their own coach at Foss!
Every runner who attends camp also receives a Camp Calendar with pictures from your week at Foss, which also serves as your running diary for the year. The “calendar” begins with the month of September, when the XC season begins!
Coaches who attend Foss with their teams will also get a camp calendar/diary, a coaching shirt with their team’s name on it, a NB backpack, and an 8×10 color photo of their team. Coaches who will be attending are asked to contact Coach Kevin Maloney by phone or email.
